A little about me...
I believe you must bring your whole self to the table if you want to thrive in today’s crazy world; your personality, your sense of humor, and most importantly, your heart. All of these elements brought me to start Life Coaching.
I was raised in San Ramon, Ca. I attended Chico State University earning my Bachelors Degree in Education, with an emphasis in Children's Music and Art. I earned my Secondary Teaching Certification and a Family and Consumer Science endorsement at Idaho State University and currently earning my Master's Degree in Adolescence Counseling. I taught for 7 years at the Elementary grade level and for the last 6 years found my love and passion in teaching Junior High. In my years of teaching Junior High, I found a deeper passion for Mental Health. I see first hand how much our youth are coping with and found myself drawn to help. I have been married for 19 years and have two beautiful children, Rylee (17) and Tanner (15).
I love fishing, camping, crafting, football, soccer, volleyball, cooking and baking. I love being a teacher...especially teaching Family and Consumer Science. Teaching our youth life skills and being apart of these young minds is such a blessing and brings me so much joy and that is why I have started this journey in Youth Life Coaching.
